My friend, Ida from Balik Pulau said, Key's Char Keow Teow is the best Char Keow Teow in Penang... Is it? I dont know?! Cuz I dont have enough time to compare it from other place/stall in Penang. But for me as I ate the Char Keow Teow, yummy, it was delicious...
